Terms and Conditions

These are our current Terms for Creative Services we can provide. It's a great opportunity to communicate the practical information about the services and answer any questions you may have.

Terms for Print on Demand/Limited Edition Prints

All artwork is intellectual property of the artist and all sales will be overseen by the Artist directly either through the website and/or other platforms and are paid as per the payment providers selected by the customer under their terms and conditions.

The artist reserves the right to add and remove products at their discretion in the interest of the business.

Print editions may be limited and this will clearly be advised in discriptions. As with materials and framing is allocated to particular artworks and is clearly discribed in the discription.

Terms for Commission Artworks

Submissions for custom artworks will go through the online proposal form. We will promptly send reply with your quote based on the information given.

Quotes are based on the needs required by the two phases of design and production for each project, and also includes 2 revisions within the required time frame.

Once quotes are accepted a 50% deposit is required for work to commence. This is not refundable should the project be cancelled for any reasons by the client.

Once design stages are complete an invoice for the remaining amount will be issued with 30 day terms. Once full payment is received the work will go into production and be shipped (Around 3 day turnaround).

Design note:

Proposals must include key design elements requested by the client although the end product and overall method will be in style with the artist’s brand. To maintain integrity of other artists' works will not be copied, elements like colours or theme can be incorporated but not reproduced.

Terms for Graphic Design Services

Price List includes graphic files only.

Printing can be arranged if required by quotation.
Prices are based on an average hourly rate required to meet the needs for each project and also includes 2 revisions within the required time frame.
A flat rate of $50 per hour will apply to projects which require more than two revisions or exceed the average time frame needed to complete the work to the clients needs.
Work can be measured in hours by program analytics but may also include extra work required which may include photography, art and special resources.
Once quotes are accepted a 50% deposit is required for work to commence. This is not refundable should the project be canceled for any reasons by the client.

Once design stages are completed, approved and sent, an invoice for the remaining amount will be issued with 30 day terms.

Terms for Licensing Contracts

Price List and agreements will be made considerately of the following factors:

  • Format and status of artwork

  • One-time fee/royalties

  • Expected Sales Volume

  • Exclusivity

  • Duration

  • Usage rights
