By accessing Still Studio and signing up for our free membership or paid programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in New South Wales, Australia.

Membership & Participation

Free Membership: Grants access to the 2-Day Introductory Program and the Stillness Newsletter.
Paid Programs: Enrollments for the full program are open four times yearly. Participation is subject to the specific terms outlined during the checkout process.
Suitability: Our programs are creative wellness experiences designed for personal development and are not a substitute for clinical mental health advice.

Intellectual Property

The content, artworks, and guided rituals provided through Still Studio are the intellectual property of Jessica Dawn Art. You are granted personal, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your own practice. They may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission.

Refunds and Cancellations

For our digital programs and memberships, you may unsubscribe at any time via your membership profile on the website, or by emailing hello@jessicadawn.art
Paid memberships will be cancelled for all future payments though previous payments are not refundable.
