Tracked & Insured: Every artwork is dispatched with full tracking and transit insurance for your peace of mind.

Crafting Your Piece: To ensure gallery-quality standards, please allow 8 working days for professional production and framing.

Delivery Timeline: Once crafted, your order will reach your door within 1–4 business days.

Total Arrival Estimate: Expect your new visual anchor on your wall in approximately 12 working days from the date of purchase.

Privacy

If we collect your sensitive information, we will do so only with your consent, by law we take appropriate measures to protect the security of this information. Your information will not be shared outside this business, and the business will honour your request to remove information if so needed.

Returns and Refunds

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and the reliability of our couriers. However, if your artwork does not arrive in perfect condition, we are committed to making it right.

Damages & Printing Defects: Should your piece arrive damaged or with a genuine printing defect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

How to Claim: Email us with clear photos of the issue and the packaging within this timeframe.

Resolution: Once verified, we will advise on the next steps, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Important Note: Claims made outside of this 14-day window cannot be honored, as it becomes difficult to determine if damage occurred during transit or due to subsequent improper care.

Change of Mind & Cancellations: Because each piece is custom-made to order, we have a strict policy regarding changes:

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Cancellations: Once production has commenced (typically within 24 hours of your order), cancellations are no longer possible.

Deposits: Any deposits paid toward custom commissions or bulk orders are non-refundable.
