All digital artwork is the intellectual property of the artist, and all sales will be overseen by the artist directly, either through the website or as per the payment providers selected by the customer under their terms and conditions.

Purchases of these products are permitted for PERSONAL USE ONLY. No commercial uses are allowed without a Commercial Licensing Contract from the artist.

Purchases of these products are permitted for the single customer whose name is submitted upon purchase, and only they may use the product, as it is not permitted to be shared among multiple users.

The artist reserves the right to add and remove products at their discretion in the interest of the business.

Once the digital product is paid for, a downloadable button will be shown and also emailed. This link is active for 30 days; afterwards, it will expire. It is the customer's responsibility to save the products within this time frame, the link cannot be reactivated without another purchase.
